Apply to be a Speaker

Please fill out the Speaker Application below if you are interested in being a Speaker for our 2026 Energy Worker's Summit and Holistic Health Fair. The Speakers are given a 1 hour time slot, if you need more than that please indicate that on the form. We have setups for Power Points/Slide Shows, Microphone and Laser Pointer is provided for you as well.
