Hi! I am Natasha and I own a holistic health business South Dakota in which I offer Reiki, Vedic Thai Bodywork, Ionic Cell Cleanses, Polychromatic Light Therapy, Access Bars, Somatic Yoga, Emotion Code and Sound Therapy using tuning forks, singing bowls and chimes.

I will be offering 30 minute Vedic Thai Bodywork sessions for $50. Thai is a form of guided restorative yoga in which I use slight, slow movements to release, lengthen and loosen tight muscles through your entire body. We work on the feet, ankles, knees, hips, lower back, shoulders arms and neck. This experience is guided by you and we listen to your body in order to determine the intensity of the stretch and how long the hold is maintained.
